About Hill Professional Services
how we operate
We established Hill Professional Services Pty Ltd in May 2019.
Due to our small size and pragmatic approach, we are easy to hire and easy to work with.
This has ensured a steady stream of work since we started the business, all of which has come through referrals, with most clients returning with repeat business.
how we give back
We are grateful for our clients’ trust and the work opportunities they have extended us.
As the client-facing director, I pay this forward on behalf of the business by:
embedding the transfer of skills and coaching into my engagements
teaching strategic skills through story, in the free leadership novella offered on the website
sharing insights and inspiration through articles on the company blog and LinkedIn
taking up pro bono speaking and mentoring opportunities in my professional network
volunteering as a Melaleuca Australia Board Member.
how we work with others
As a small business, we are careful about the nature and size of work we take on, to ensure we can always deliver on our promises.
On occasion, to meet demand or take advantage of certain opportunities, we team up with a small number of Darwin-based consultants with complementary skillsets. We are always transparent with clients about any subcontracting arrangements.
how we support the northern territory - our buy local policy
We are proudly owned and operated by Territorians, with all profits retained in the NT.
We collaborate with other Territory consultancies in the provision of our professional services.
We give preference to Territory businesses when sourcing goods and services.
We actively seek ways we can help develop leadership capability and business acumen in the NT.
