Hill Professional Services is a boutique consultancy. When you engage us, you work directly with me: Sanja Hill, the founder and sole consultant.

I work with busy executives and teams across the Northern Territory and beyond, helping them clarify what matters, manage risk sensibly and design fit-for-purpose governance solutions. I take a pragmatic, collaborative approach to each engagement.

I believe wellbeing is essential to high performance and encourage my clients to view planning and implementation through this lens. I’ve been known to say 'less is more' once or twice during a project.
